Our take
I've been gaming these PXG 0311P Gen 5 irons for a few rounds now, and I'm impressed overall. The forged feel is buttery on pure strikes, and the regular flex steel shafts (Elevate 95) give me a nice mid-trajectory ball flight. The set makeup from 4-GW covers all my needs, and the forgiveness is surprisingly good for a player's cavity back. However, at this price point, I expected a bit more premium packaging or customization options. Also, the stock grip isn't my favorite, but that's an easy swap. For the money, these are solid performers, but they lack some of the polish of higher-end PXG offerings.
